The most fundamental thing to know about Season Reid is her passion for her job. Her time and energy are always client-focused and she strives tirelessly to get her client the best deal and to sell her listings for the best price.

 

While attending Simon Fraser University, Season knew that she had to find a career that would take all of her passions and strengths and make her happy to be doing her job every day. Season's love of dealing with people, with a background in the service industry and an education in business, made this the perfect career choice.

 

Season constantly delights in finding the perfect new home for her clients, wowing them with her "over and above" service standards, and doing every step of her job with boundless energy. It was this boundless energy that helped her achieve the RE/MAX 100% Club in her rookie year. Still on a roll, Season is constantly fine-tuning her marketing and work process so that she can always be offering the most to her clients. 
 

Season does Market Evaluations with a keen eye for each property. Whether buying or selling, her clients are always well informed about the value of the property in question.

 

Season's listings are show-quality! For interested clients, Season brings in a designer (at her own expense) to suggest ways to maximize the effect of showing the property, often fetching multiple offers due to her diligence in marketing and presentation.

 

Season's buyers are ahead of the game! Always educating herself on real estate protocol, and keeping on top of the real estate market, Season's clients have had many successful purchases in difficult scenarios, including multiple offer situations.

 

Season's clients are thrilled with her work, her work ethic, and the results she gets them. The biggest compliment is that many of her clients have been referrals from pleased past clients, who know that she is the Realtor to use for the best service.

 

It's important not to leave out Season's love of Vancouver and all it has to offer. She enjoys power boating, and water skiing and has recently taken some sailing courses to add to her skill set. She and her family are longtime members of the RoyalVancouver Yacht Club. She also enjoys golfing and skiing, though generally not all in one day!

 

While dedicated to her career, Season remains close with her family and friends, always available and happy to spend time with them. Rarely in her own kitchen, she enjoys the variety of restaurants in Vancouver, of course always coming back to old favorites like sushi!
